Here are some reviews of Eddings' books. They are not real reviews since they're
only short descriptons of the story of the book.

The first book of the Tamuli

These books are probably the best I've ever read (except for
"The Lord of the Rings", Tolkien rules you know). I would call these books "the
best of Eddings". This story of 1800 pages takes us on long journey from Elenia
to Tamuli where dark powers are overthrowing the empire. Are the Troll Gods once
again loose in the world?
Along the way Ehlana and Sparhawk encounter enemies never beheld by the world
before. Since Sparhawk is 'Anakha', the man without destiny feared by Gods, now
it is up to him determine the ending.
I finished them yesterday and my opinion is that they even beat the Belgariad.
My opinion of Eddings has also changed. Before I had read the Tamuli I though
that David Eddings was best at creating worlds and characters but he didn't have
that talent of using the right words describing places with great athmosphere.
Now I know he can. This can also be seen when reading The Elenium" but not with
the same depth and realism.
The Tamuli is Eddings at his very best.
